Individual Tax Preparation
Individual Tax Preparation fees are $200 and up. Fees are based on the required forms and schedules and complexity of the return.
Business Tax Preparation
Business Tax Preparation fees are $750 and up.
Consultation
Consult is generally billed at $150 per hour and includes email consult. It is generally best if you ask your questions by email so that we have time to sufficiently review your situation.
Business Formation
Typical business formations, including Articles of Organization or Incorporation, EIN, and S-Corporation Election fees are $450 plus the corresponding state filing fees.
Accounting Services
Accounting services start from $500 per month depending on the number of transactions and complexity of services required.
Additional Fees
Any returns requiring paper filing – $50
Copies and returning of original tax documents – $40
Significant changes or additions after preliminary draft – $120 per hour
Research, coordination with attorneys – $250 per hour
Past Due Fees
All fees more than 30 days past due will have an 18% service charge assessed.
